What you need to find

I know so many kitchen fittesr offer to do the gas/electrician work too. I’m not a gas man or electrician. If you need to modity the gas pipe or electric system you will need a qualified trade to do it. Also you will need them to connect the devices to the existing system. I’m more than happy to help you out with the right person if I can. Sometimes the best thing to do to get a local trade because they role is relativly small, takes about an hour or two.
